I never need an invitation to take time to read. I am the type who will skip laundry and chores for a good book any day.
Julia Cameron's work: The Artist's Way, The Vein of Gold, The Right to Write, Finding Water, etc are books that have changed people's lives. They are grounded and imaginative. They are creative and fun.

Raves & Rats Book Review

This blog offers a space to rave about a book or flat out rat on books. It directs information about not only books but tea too. I am a lover of books and I also love the search for an excellent cup of tea.
One thing that always surprises me about books is when I am at a bookstore and a proud display of 'banned' books is present the books that turn up there are always the ones that I enjoyed reading the most.
I also love how tea can differ so much from one cup to the next.
I raise my cup of hot english breakfast tea with a hint of fresh lemon and a teaspoon of sugar with a splash of light milk to this literary endeavor. Happy Reading!
